Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
Min 5+ years of experience in greenfield/brownfield projects in the Chemicals Industry
• Supervise and manage third-party contractors for timely execution
• Prepare work schedule for project activities
• Perform quality control checks on the workmanship and agreed to deliverables
• Reconcile invoices against work completed on-site
• Reconcile material consumption against the budgeted quantity
• Report regularly on project status
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications
• Design support to the on-site team by reading and interpreting IFC drawings
• Manage project implementation complying with all Safety Regulations
• Manage project team members, vendors, and construction contractors on site
