E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE - OPERATIONS
Cosmetic -Herbal Products Manufacturing Company.
Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Experience : 4 years + on E Commerce operations
• Gender: Male/Female preferred
• Education: Any graduate
• Office timing: 9.00 am to 6.30 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
The candidate should have work experience in the following areas :-
1) Listing and maintaining the stocks on various Indian portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Reliance etc.
2) Change and update the listing as per trending current keywords.
3) Coordinating with the point of contact on various Sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Reliance, etc on how to increase sales on the existing products.
4) Listing new products and offers.
5) Coordinating with the Distribution team for daily dispatches of products.
6) Talking to customers and resolving queries related to products or dispatches.
7) Updating our prices and studying discounts and pricing of competitors' products.
8) Knowledge of Shopify and Uniware would be helpful.
