Qualification: Diploma/BE/B Tech in Instrumentation Engineering/ITI Electrical-Mechanical Engineer
Job Requirements
• Responsible for utilities, air conditioning & maintenance of building & premises, maintenance of production, and engineering equipment.
• To ensure the engineering activities such as PLC,s HMI,s Programming Uploading Downloading, preventive maintenance, Routine & breakdown maintenance, Calibration, Equipment & area validation are carried out as per the schedule.
• To enforce and maintain a high degree of morale, and discipline amongst the team.
• To ensure that all the systems and equipment are upgraded, validated & Automated as per the procedures & requirements.
• To ensure that the subordinates are adequately trained for the job assigned. • Optimum utilization of resources.
• To ensure that optimum resources such as man, material & area are available for the smooth operation of engineering related activities.
• In-House training of all the persons working in the maintenance.
• Validation & qualification of all equipment/system of utilities and air conditioning.
• To ensure that contractors are trained for the job they are doing.
• Preparation & revision of SOPs related to engineering activities.
• To ensure that all SOP related to engineering are being followed.
• To ensure and improve machine performance on automation and regular basis.
Automatic and instrumentation breakdown minimization, increasing the productivity and efficiency.
• Organize, assign and approve trainings of SOP and Topics (Regulatory, SPIL specific, Activity Based, EHS & Developmental) for Engineering Department in Learning Management System as Departmental training coordinator
