Job Profile and Responsibilities
• To plan lab/ pilot batches with modification of the existing process of synthesis by changing in- process parameters includes Coupling, pH, reaction time, temp and pressure etc.
• To synthesize dye molecule { acid / direct dye} as per the process or by literature survey
• To evaluate root cause analysis of ongoing plant batches and rectification at small scale/pilot scale.
• Documentation as per ISO Norms i.e., Design Plan, Design Input, Design Output & Design Verification.
