DESCRIPTION Urgent Opening Sr. Sales Coordinator (In an Engineering Company) Job Location: Malad West (Mumbai) Maharashtra Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. ?? Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years in an Engineering company. ?? Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate Skills: ?? Effective communication skills. ?? Candidates must be fluent in written & spoken English and able to correspond in English. ?? Good working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 ?? Good working knowledge of MS office (Specifically Excel) Responsibilities Coordinating with customers and Factory and assisting Sales Manager/Director in Sales related activities. Must be efficient in responding to customers, via emails, telephone, and other communication channels. Entry of PO (Purchase Order) into the ERP System, Preparing Work Orders (WO) Issuing Proforma Invoices (PI) to customers, follow up with customers for payments etc. Post Order documentation following receipt of Purchase /Service orders, customer accounts and other related issues. Candidate must be organised & possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork.
