Duty time - 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Qualification: Graduation
Strong sourcing and recruitment expertise
Excellent knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/execute effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and profile evaluation.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the respective hiring managers.
• Maintain continuous candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate and close candidates within the approved salary budget.
• Manage the complete offer-to-joining process and ensure minimum dropouts.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/database for current and future requirements.
• Handle bulk hiring as well as specialized/critical positions as required.
• Track recruitment metrics such as CVs sourced, profiles shortlisted, interviews, selections, offers, and joining ratio.
• Work closely with department heads and management to understand hiring priorities and close positions within TAT.
• Develop new and effective sourcing channels to improve the quality and speed of hiring.
• Maintain proper recruitment records, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
