Terms & Conditions For the Employers

Position Charges :-

  • The employer shall have to pay as per the details given below of the selected candidate against the new recruitment.


PACKAGE ( In Terms of CTC )                         CONSULTING FEES    

CTC Up to 5 Lacs / Annum                                  8.33% of CTC    

CTC of 5 Lacs to 10 Lacs / Annum                     10.5% of CTC    

CTC of 10 Lacs to 15 Lacs / Annum                   12.5% of CTC    

CTC of 15 Lacs + / Annum (Executive                16.66% of CTC  

Search / Headhunting Assignments) 


Plus SGST @9% + CGST @9% Total=18%, Tax would be payable on the ctc amount of charged as per financial Act 2017


Additional Advantage we provide:


For interviews by Companies.   


  • Can conduct Campus Interviews on behalf of the

Companies in case there are multiple requirements of fresher’s. Payment should be released within 30 days after getting invoice in favor of “DOUBLE HR CONSULTANCY-PALGHAR”


The professional service charges are non-refundable, but in case the selected candidate leaves the job on his own within ONE month from the date of joining, we will provide the replacement for the same without any extra charges.


The taxes as applicable, would be payable on the billed amount as per government rules applicable & in force from time to time. If the candidate has been interviewed by the employer/organization once through  DOUBLE HR CONSULTANCY-PALGHAR and not selected at that time by the employer/organization but later on, if found working with the same employer/organization within a period of six months from the date of interview, DOUBLE HR CONSULTANCY-PALGHAR has the rights to receive the professional service charges from the employer/organization as mentioned above.


Payroll Solutions: Rs. 200/- Per Employee/month shall be charged for salary preparation and other reports.


E.S.I.C. & E.P.F. Monthly Challan Preparation, Register Maintaining & Monthly Return Filing Charges: Minimum Monthly of Rs. 3000/-shall be charged for up to 10 employees.


EPF & ESIC Monthly Challan (Above 10 & more employees): Rs. 100/- per employee/per month shall be charged for the preparation, monthly return filing and maintaining the required Government prescribed register. 


Registration of new employee on EPF & ESIC Portal (Above 10 & more employees):  One-time charge of Rs. 100/- will be charged per employee. 


The charges towards Liaison with Labour Office, ESIC, EPF, MLWF and other Government Authorities shall be on actual expenses basis, if any. Apart from this Rs. 1000/- shall be charged per day.


LABOUR COURT:  Rs. 5000/- will be charged on every appearance in the Labour Court, for handling and coordinating the Cases of employers & employees at Labour Court.


CUSTOMISED SERVICES: The charges towards any other customised HR-related services, if any, to be rendered to the esteemed Companies shall be based on the mutual negotiation between the Employers and the Double HR Consultancy.



Mode of Payment: Payment should be made through ONLINE TRANSFER only.
